ECO

Drive well. Go further. ECO rates your style calmly, gives you one tip at a time, and rewards you with points and medals that stay with you.

01How is your score worked out?

Each trip scores out of 100, from three things:

FactorWeightMeaning
Smooth acceleration45%Gradual pressure on the accelerator
Steady speed35%Less repeated speeding up and slowing down
Less idling20%Fewer long stops in P with the engine running
  • Necessary braking and waiting in traffic do not lower your score.
  • Above 110 km/h, points stop counting.

02While you drive

You see one big number and one coloured line showing how you are doing, so you are not distracted from the road:

  • Green: smooth driving, keep going.
  • Amber: ease off a little.
  • Soft red: room to improve.

Example tips: "Give acceleration a gentler touch", "A steadier pace helps", "A long stop on P", "A smooth rhythm. Keep it going."

03When you stop

Stay in P for two seconds and the full details open: each factor's score, the trip's points, your level and your medals. The first time, a short ECO introduction appears, and you can return to it from "About ECO".

04Points and levels

  • 10 points for every kilometre of smooth driving, up to 100 points per trip.
  • Points add up and raise your level: First steps → Finding your rhythm → A lasting habit → Consistency → Inspiration.
  • Points never go down, and short or incomplete trips never count against you.

05Medals

Three medals, each in bronze, silver and gold:

  • Smooth distance: kilometres of smooth driving.
  • Excellent trips: the number of trips with an excellent score.
  • Lasting rhythm: excellent trips in a row.

Medals you earn stay forever. Rest days do not break your streak, and there is no daily target.

06Fuel comparison

Once it has learned your usual consumption (3 similar trips totalling 30 km), it compares every trip over 5 km with your previous trips, and shows the difference in litres and riyals.
