The VisoDrive partnership is independent and does not grant agency, exclusivity or authority to represent the service provider.
Partner acceptance and operation are subject to management approval; the partner must provide accurate details, be eligible to conduct the activity and comply with applicable laws.
The partner explains the stated compatibility, terms and refund policy to the customer, checks that app installation is allowed and obtains consent to share the customer’s name, phone number and vehicle details for licensing and support.
Customer data must not be used for marketing without consent or shared outside the authorised purpose.
Purchased licence credit becomes available only after payment confirmation.
Each licence is assigned to one vehicle; codes cannot be shared or reused.
Compensation is calculated using the rates shown when the customer’s request is recorded, which are saved with it, and the partner’s tier when the code is issued; subsequent tier changes do not affect earlier transactions.
Commission is earned only after payment and issuance of a valid code; payout requests are subject to management review and verification that the payout was completed.
Fraud, fictitious transactions and vehicle-warranty promises beyond the approved wording are prohibited.
Management may suspend access or review non-compliant transactions without prejudice to statutory rights and proven amounts due.
Stopping an activation in the portal does not mean disabling an app installed offline.
The relationship is governed by Saudi Arabian law, with disputes handled by the legally competent authorities.
The service provider is the VisoDrive service provider identified in the Terms and Conditions.

Compatibility: Haval H9 model years 2025, 2026 and 2027 with the original screen and a system open to installing apps. Install from a USB drive connected to the USB-A port below the screen, select Install, then enter the activation key.
Commission is a percentage of the licence amount paid after discount, rounded to the nearest halala. Rates for each partner type and tier appear in the partner dashboard. Tiers are based on total issued activations; prepaid credit does not count as an activation until assigned to a customer and a code is issued.
